Residential Cleaner
No professional cleaning experience? No problem. We offer initial and ongoing training. You’ll learn how to clean homes efficiently, effectively, and safely — and we provide the supplies to do so.
You’ll also develop your professional communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, which often leads to greater opportunities to grow within the company. We help our employees help themselves by developing professional skills and interests that empower them.
Cleaning homes is hard work, and it’s not for everyone. It’s important, though, because every family is important. We provide quality of life to our customers through consistent, detailed work.

What We Need From You
- A cellphone and a reliable, insured vehicle
- Part-time hours: 20–30 per week
- A clear Police Information Check
- Punctuality and reliability
- Physical strength — lifting, bending, crouching, and kneeling are daily occurrences
- Early notice of availability — our clients rely on us, so cancelling service isn’t an option
- A positive outlook and a willingness to help your teammates
- A not-so-secret love of doing little extras to wow clients
