I’ve been a customer for well over a year now, and I must say their service and attention to detail is unparalleled. I’ve been through several cleaners before landing at My Friend Anna and have seen a consistent trend with previous providers - the first clean: great. The second and even third cleans: good. But then things always seem to go downhill. Poor cleans, misleading time spent, and prices going up. I waited a while before posting to ensure the quality was indeed consistent. The cleaners at My Friend Anna display such professionalism and care. Their communication on timing and any issues is excellent, and they even take great care of my dog while they are here. Great quality, highly recommend. They are by no means the cheapest option out there, but I’ve learned that you absolutely get what you pay for when it comes to residential cleans.
Anna and her team are absolutely wonderful! They genuinely care about the work they do, and it shows. They’re thorough and leave everything so fresh and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, they’re fantastic!
